CloudTeams is a premium staff augmentation and software development agency. We provide businesses with access to pre-vetted developers, designers, and technical experts on various engagement models (including Hourly and Monthly retainers). The content on this Site is for informational purposes to describe our expertise in technologies such as AI, Node.js, React, and others.

Hiring and Engagement

• No Automatic Contract: Submitting a request for talent or filling out a "Hire" form on this Site does not constitute a binding contract for services.
• Formal Engagement: The actual hiring of a developer is subject to the execution of a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and/or Statement of Work (SOW). These documents will outline the specific rates, duration, confidentiality, and scope of work for the assigned talent.
• Talent Representations: While we strive to keep candidate profiles and technology descriptions accurate, CloudTeams makes final talent allocations based on availability and specific client assessment during the interview process.

Intellectual Property

• Site Content: All content, designs, text, graphics, and code on this Site are the intellectual property of CloudTeams. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this Site without our prior written consent.
• Client IP: CloudTeams acknowledges that any proprietary information shared by you during the inquiry process remains your intellectual property.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful business purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Submitting false requirements or contact information.
• Attempting to bypass our security measures.
• Using the Site to solicit our developers directly outside of the agreed-upon CloudTeams hiring process.

Limitation of Liability

• CloudTeams shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this Site.
